FAQ
Are makeup & clothing included?
We provide makeup for our studio sessions, but clothing is not included. Clients are welcome to wear whatever matches their style.
What does "retouch" means?
Retouch is a photo manipulation technique where we may alter your physical appearance (such as skin smoothing or slimming)
Please take note that we retouch according to photographer/editor's vision and style, our style is natural and minimal.
Once images are delivered, we do not provide further revisions.
What is your turnover timeframe & workflow?
For our studio session, you will receive your proofing gallery to select the photos within 1-2 days after your photoshoot. Depending on when you submit your selection, we may need an additional 10-14 days to deliver the retouched file.
For our outdoor session, you will receive your gallery (basic color edited) within 7-10days. Once you've submitted your selection for retouching, we will need another 10-14days to deliver your files.
For our framed prints or albums, the turnover time is between 40-50days
What is the next step if I want to book your service?
A 50% retainer fee is needed to secure your booking, it's important to review our T&C before you book us.
Once you are ready to go forward with the booking, let us know your email and we will prepare the invoice for you.
Please note that the retainer fee is non-refundable, in case of an act of God or other emergencies, we can refund via the following options: other photography sessions, albums, or you may also transfer your deposit to someone else.

How many outfits may we wear for the shoot?
For our studio session, you may prefer 1-2 outfits. For outdoor session, changing outfits maybe challenging depending on the location of our shoot.
(1-2 outfits are generally recommended)
